| Preparing Las Palmas for market gave us the chance to spend a lot of time exploring Hancock Park. After spending time in this area, we naturally developed a list of favorite places. From the design-forward shops and galleries along Sycamore Avenue to the neighborhood charm of Larchmont Village, these are the places we find ourselves returning to again and again. And while we couldn't include everything, Petit Trois, Chi Spacca, Osteria Mozza, and Little Fish Sushi are always worth adding to your list. |

| Sycamore Avenue has a distinctly different energy from anywhere else in Los Angeles. The mix of independent boutiques, design-forward shops, galleries, and exceptional restaurants gives it a character that feels more like a tucked-away street in Tribeca than a typical LA destination. |
