MEET TARA
As a highly experienced and recognized real estate consultant, Tara Rodgers-Culbertson is leading her team through continued growth in the Westside market of Los Angeles. With a strong attraction to coastal communities and a belief in establishing a collaborative culture and commitment to the community, Tara has always been drawn to real estate and the impact it can have when clients achieve their end goals.
PRESENT
Tara works diligently with Buyers and Sellers across Los Angeles prioritizing what lifestyle benefits mean the most to them and identifying what their financial needs are for each investment. Prior to joining Compass in 2019, Tara was a realtor on the Westside for over 10 years. From 2014-2017 she managed and develop a team of 20 Agents in an effort to build market share for a growing independent brokerage that was successfully acquired in 2018.
PAST
Before making her transition into real estate, Tara worked as a Senior Account Executive at a top regional lifestyle magazine, PaperCity Magazine in San Francisco. She then moved to Warnaco Inc., an American clothing/textile corporation to work with the corporation's private label sales division in Los Angeles.
DAY TO DAY
Originally from Northern Ireland, Tara has lived in California for most of her life starting in the Bay Area and eventually making her way down to Sunny SoCal. In 2003, she graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a BA in Political Science, International Relations. She lives life for her family of four, obsesses over interior design, and will never stop loving Westside sunsets. Running solo and hiking with her family are her two favorite activities that will never grow old. Tara has a special place in her heart for Mar Vista, the community she proudly calls home.
