Wendy oversees the day-to-day operations of a busy Transaction Coordinator and offers a high-quality efficient service to the agents and clients. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge, having worked in the real estate industry since 1984, starting as an Office Administrator and later working for many years as an Assistant to top high end realtors in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. She has established an excellent reputation during her career and is very well versed in the sales process from both sides of the transaction.

Highly organized and detail oriented, Wendy manages all aspects of the paperwork and written content for the transaction once the property sells. She is excellent with technology and assists agents as needed in providing an outstanding Service. Part of her job includes monitoring the emails and responding as required, creating a detailed contact sheet with pertinent dates and contingencies, Collects and tracks all documents for transactions ensuring that all documents have signatures, initials and dates where required plus general transaction management from start to close of escrow. Assists with all client needs and questions to ensure our clients experience the best customer service. Interacts closely with escrow, clients, lenders if applicable and agents on both sides. Communicates constantly to update all parties to ensure deadlines are adhered to. Makes sure to do a pre-audit of the transaction file on a regular basis so nothing gets missed. Maintains a paperless filing system for each file and verifies all required documents have been received and uploaded to the online internal compliance audit system. At close of escrow puts all pertinent documents into a link for client and agent to download.
